Bulgarian Stock Exchange hails new cleantech entrant Bulgarian renewable energy startup Energoni yesterday entered the local stock market.

After ringing the bell on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), Energoni chief executive Dimitris Aivaliotis said the company will tap on the country's enormous potential for wind and solar farms.

Energoni will follow the example of other companies which have listed on the Bulgarian bourse since the start of the year and initially have no free float. The floatation will take place at a later stage once the company has build a name on the market and implemented key investments.

The clean energy company plans to pump EUR 160 million of own funds and foreign capital into the construction of a 100 MW wind farm.

Energoni has a capital of BGN 250,000, which should be augmented to BGN 67 million by the end of 2010. The company will then float 10-15% of its increased capital.

The green energy company joins at least two other BSE-listed firms dedicated to renewable energy investments – the equity capital funds Capman Green Energy Fund and Advance Equity Holding.)

The FSC had approved a prospectus for admission for trading on a regulated market (listing) of shares, issued by Energoni AD - Sofia, announced FSC.

The issue is to the amount of 250,000 BGN, distributed in 250,000 shares with 1 BGn par value each share.


The subject of activity of the company is research and development of energy projects for production of electricity; research, design and consulting in relation with the construction of energy projects.


Energoni AD is a shareholder equity with one-tyre system of management. The Founders of the company are Dimitrios Aivaliotis, who owns 99.8% of the company and Ioannis Nikitakis, who owns 0.2% by the company's capital.


The Board of Director of the company are as follows: Ioannis Nikitakis - Chairman, Dimitrios Aivaliotis - executive director and vice-chairman and Konstantinos Kolokasidis - member of BD

Комисията за финансов надзор е потвърдила проспект за допускане до търговия (листване) на регулиран пазар на емисия акции, издадена от Енергони АД-София, съобщи КФН.

Емисията е в размер на 250 хил. лева, разпределени в 250 000 броя обикновени акции, с номинална стойност 1 лев всяка.


Основният предмет на дейност на дружеството е проучване и разработване на енергийни проекти за производство на електрическа енергия; проучване, проектиране и консултации във връзка с изграждане на обекти за енергетика.


Енергони АД е акционерно дружество с едностепенна система на управление. Учредители на дружеството са Димитриос Айвалиотис, който притежава 99,8% от капитала, и Йоанис Никитакис с 0,2% от капитала.


В Съвета на директорите влизат Йоанис Никитакис – председател на СД, Димитриос Айвалиотис – изп. директор и зам. председател, и Константинос Коалокасидис – член на СД.
