The Company share capital amounts to BGN 547.563.000 divided into 547.563.000 ordinary dematerialized registered voting shares with a nominal value of BGN 1 Bulgarian lev each. All shares shall form one class of ordinary dematerialized registered voting shares, and each share shall bear rights equal to those borne by any other share.

The shares of Energoni AD are freely traded on the unofficial market at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia AD.

Any transfer of shares from the share capital of the Company shall be made freely, without restrictions and conditions, between shareholders and third parties and in accordance with the laws in effect.

By Decision ¹ 11240 / 24.08.2011, the Supreme Administrative Court of Bulgaria (SAC) (five-member panel) has finally stopped the prior implementation of the compulsory administrative measure ¹ 248-FB/15.04.2010 of FSC to "Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia" JSC as a result of which the "Energoni" AD shares have not been admitted to trade on organized markets. This decision confirms the decision ¹ 11095 of the three-member panel of the SAC from 09.08.2011.

 

The above decision cannot be appealed and means that at present there are no barriers to trade the shares of "Energoni" AD on the regulated market, organized by "Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia" AD.
